RAYGUN Has Been Sued

Yes, RAYGUN has been sued. But not for something spicy like defamation. You can read the story of how we finally got sued on our blog. The short version: a non-profit in DC called the Institute for Truth in Marketing buy sale items from small business with online stores, they then use the DC Consumer Law Group (Joshua N Rose, Lorenzo Cellini, and Kelli Jareaux) to sue those small businesses for violating a DC Consumer Protection Code. They do this regularly, as documented by the ABA Journal, and they got several thousand dollars from us. We made a video explaining our lawsuit! And a second video when the DC Law Group responded.
